Is this a Back Water Valve? The realtor that I gave a price the other week called me back. He still want me to go check his basement reno on monday. He sent me this picture so my question is is this a Back Water Valve?
I also have to call the lawyer to see if I can reno a torn out basement bathroom without installing a new BWV. If I don't break any concrete I wonder if I'm still responsible even if I have him sign a non conformity paper.
