Jetted tub power switch

I've recently bought a "nearly" new jetted tub from Habitat for Humanity restore. I'm using it for a new bathroom in our addition. It was used, but very little from the appearance. My problem is that I can't figure out the power switch. It not what I've typically seen on jetted tubs. The manufacturer is Mr. Tubs, which I have done some research on but can't find any info on this particular tub. I do know that they became MTI sometime in the 90's. I am attaching a picture of the "switch". Hopefully someone can tell me how this works, or if it is even a switch at all
