Home warranty companies
Got a referral to replace a sump pump. Get there and after install the HO, nice guy, says he wants to use his home warranty company. Oh F**k! Will I get paid? When?!!!
Long story short, this is the best home warranty company I’ve ever dealt with! HO paid me, after a $125 deductible the insurance company pays them back!
Sold him a heater and new water driven back up pump too.
Most home warranty companies I’ve dealt with in the past are rip offs and cover nothing. Had to call them when I got home, so I have their number... almost thinking about asking them to send me info.
