Another first for me.

Got a call from one of those national maintenance companies that manage the maintenance of chain stores. Something about no water pressure in an 8 month old new construction auto parts store. Since our job today fell short we took the job.

Get there, odd that an auto parts store has more than one bathroom for the employees.... but, back to back, everything thing has good pressure, but the men’s stool supply just trickled even with the the stop completely off with full pressure on. All copper, and done by an out of town company. And oddly no inspection sticker.

Obviously a blockage in just the 1/2” line before the tee. So without cutting the FRP right away we used a few tricks. After about 20 minutes of work we dislodged a bunch of sand and pebbles.

We’ll have to see how they pay. Our contact asked about drain cleaning and video service, which would be my company.
