Water heater plumbing help.

I’m neding some advice on what route I should go on heating my hot water in my new house. It’s a 4 bedroom 2 story with the bedrooms upstairs. There is a master bath and main bath on that level. I’ve looked at plumbing 2 tanked heaters together to feed the whole house, one water heater on the second floor and one in the basement to do the rest of the house. Or option 3 one on demand for the whole house. Also in the winter I would be preheating the water with my outdoor wood boiler. So could I get some advice on what my best option would be.
