Should I beware?

Got a call today from a GC who seems to take care of maintenance for other businesses. The woman asked me to replace a mini kitchen faucet in a commercial mini mall space. Here's where it's a little weird, the job is in the other province about 35 minute drive from my location but the GC's headquarter is in my province far away in another city.

I was sent a lousy picture and I don't know it there are any valves under the cabinet . Am I okay if I ask an upfront payment ( e -transfer/debit ).

Or should I just drop it?
