Help With Hiring A Few Good... no Great Men
Hey Zone!
We have a plumbing business in the DC Metro area and we have been having a hard time finding good help. I hired a recruiter, looked into several services, did Indeed, Career builders (quite the rip off) and even went to a local trade school. No one is working out.
PLEASE share any tricks or tips that you can to help.
