Hello and I am hoping to collaborate and consult with others here

Hello, my name is Aaron Carter. I have been in the trades 9 years and counting. I am a licensed journeyman plumber as well as a commercial gasfitter in Saskatchewan Canada. I am coming on here in the hopes to consult and share ideas in the trade. I am currently in a situation where I really want to be able to this fellow trades people. I have ran into too many shops where people simply refuse to well with each other simply because they are far to hung up the issues of competition and in most cases are usually unwilling to share their knowledge with people. I tire of that. You your not going to help anyone learn the trade they are in nor encourage them to be able to think critically at all.

In fact a really good example of groups who are doing this kind of stuff are makerspaces. Here is a link of a local makerspace where I am from:
