I have been in the trade for over 25 years. Started off doing commercial (apartments) management and allowing someone else to tell me my worth. I knew I was worth more and knew more so started my own business and never looked back.
We have been growing and in the last few years have been doing more construction business than ever expected. I am all about doing what the other guy won't and look forward to many more good years.
I am open to hearing any tips for success especially if you have any hiring secrets.
