Saw my old boss today for the first time since April.
We were picking up our groceries for the week and a few last minute Christmas items for the kids and sorta bumped into him at the checkout line. He was on his phone. My wife said hi to him, he said hi back but barely looked up and just kept walking.
She said she was pretty sure he got his phone out just because he saw us.
Awkward.
I don't really have anything to say to him anyway, so my feelings couldn't be less hurt.
I will say he has lost quite a bit of weight since I last saw him. I don't say this simply to be an a$$, but it's incredible what getting out of a chair on a daily basis will do for your figure.
