Please help me identify the brand of this bathroom faucet

The hot water faucet has an internally broken part so I need a replacement, but can't find any brand identification and I've looked everywhere. I found a sticker with a barcode and part number below the sink, which says SPTSGC4. I tried the part number in Google to no avail, but it's not related to the faucet anyway.
Any help would be really appreciated! Thanks very much!
