Christmas

I'm not sure if this is an appropriate question but I'm going to ask anyway. Being fairly new to being in charge of finances at my company. I'm wondering what is an appropriate Christmas bonus amount. We are a small company and do not have a legit Christmas party. We have roughly 4 full time employees including myself. I'm leaning towards a weeks pay in cash. But would like to know what others are paying/getting.
