Freezer beef from a farmer.

When I first moved to Michigan I could buy an awesome chuck steak from a grocery store for $.88/pound. Now it is $4.50/# on sale and half of it you have to spit out because it’s all grizzle!

$350 for a quarter. Lots of steaks, couple of roasts, lots of burger, ordered a liver, but didn’t see it, but last minute I asked for bone and he didn’t charge extra. All organic, no funny stuff in the meat

Holstein... we’ll see. Chuck steak tonight.


Mushrooms and onions and real mashed potatoes tonight! Not sure on a veggie yet.
