Dinner tonight

Blackberries coming out of our ears this time of year, so the wife made a blackberry based marinade for some chicken. I barbecued it and then put just a touch of blackberry jam she made on top of it. Amazing.

She also made homemade mac and cheese with cheddar, pepperjack and peppercorn parmesan cheese.

Good eating here tonight.
