Cheap landlords
Grinds my gears when you give someone a good price then they try an chew you down for less.
My girlfriend moved into an apartment and bought a $3800 washer cause the plug for the washer is only 110v so thats the only 1 she could get apparently, the cop/landlord butched the plumbing ( pics to come eventually ) so home depot said they cant hook it up to the plumbing, waterlines are leaking and the drain is a dishwasher bushing glued into a wye ( kitchen sink drain turns into washer drain with 2 traps unvented. So i offerd to fix it all up for $200. If he called a actually company they would charge double.
Needless to say i told her to get renters insurance cause this was only the tip of the iceburg.
