Hire another plumber or secretary?

What do you think? I am a Plumbing Residential Service company. Been in business 1 year. Things are going really well. I hired a apprentice 3 months ago. I spent my first year about 25k on tools, Ridgid see snake, k50 and k60 amount many other things. All paid off. I am swamped trying to answer the phone and schedule and reschedule jobs, that is the nature of service work. Should i hire another plumber first or secretary? My ideal company would be 3 service techs in the field, a secretary and me out of the truck supporting the business in whatever way possible.
