Dual state license

I feel like i'm already leaning towards this pretty heavily. Out of the dozen or so calls i've gotten in the last 2 weeks, 3 have been from across the border. That's probably enough to make one trip a week up there if nothing else is going on. The IF is my issue. Eventually this phone will start ringing off the hook.

I'm looking at probably around 600 bucks, more testing... more annual fees... I don't really know if it will add up.

Some of that I can save in fuel costs if I fill up when i'm over the border (30 - 50 cents a gallon. It's also not really much further one way than the other.
