I took this out today from the second floor of a home and the heater
had ground through the plastic pan basically flooding the kitchen area under neath it... its a 2001 Smith heater I told the lady that her gas bill will probably go down 20 dollars a month easily...
We have a big problem with Hard Water in this region.. the thermostat is buried at least 4 inches deep in lime and there is my stair cat.. the unit probably weighed 300lbs..
