Sushi restaurant

I was called out for a blocked ice maker condensation floor sink and cleared that. Owner told me his dishwashing sink was a bit slow and asked if I could look at it too. Dropped the trap and pulled the usual skewers and chopsticks along with other drain muck. Ran the cable and reassembled the drain, tested it and it was still slow possibly a little worse. I asked when the last time he had the grease trap cleaned, he said maybe about a year ago.

I lifted the cover and took a photo for your enjoyment.
