What you use for gathering reviews
Just wondering what methods, programs or software you use for gathering online reviews?
I've been using a company called ReviewTec to get my customers reviewing my company online and so far it's working really good (We had about 1000 online reviews come in last year using it - ie. Google, Facebook, BBB, Etc).
We've found that it comes down to simply making sure the customer knows we're going to send them a request. This seems to make all the difference in the world. At first we were just sending requests and getting an okay amount of responses. But then our Review company said we should be letting the customers know that they'll be getting an email or text message from us. Since then, 1 in every 5 requests we make end up in a review.
Any tips or strategies you can share?
