Toilet Whistling

I have an American Standard 714AA154.020 ActiClean Right Height Elongated Complete Toilet. The problem is my flush makes a whistling sound when I use the toilet, at the time it increases and sometimes no whistle. Sometimes the flash also doesn't work. When press the flash key it would be fixed. Whats happening? How can I fix it?
