Another giant custom house
This pig is 6 times the size of a regular house!
The separate garage alone is bigger than most regular houses. Large parts of the top floor and roof are not done yet in this pic.
During the December underground rough-in we were getting inches of rain per day. What a frickin swamp! Had to leave the pipes open so they could fill with water to prevent them from floating. Disgusting job, constantly getting dripped down the neck.
From where the sani enters the house I had to split and run about 60' to each end. Hell of a lot of digging!
Then cover all that and do heating loops. SO MANY heating loops! Thirteen zones on three floors - 32 loops.
That gets all poured and then DWV (no good pics), waterpipes, heat feed/returns and heat manifolds.
This is all the lines dropping in the mech room - rental suite H&C, main house H&C, recirc line, 8 zones heat feeds and 2 heat returns for upper floors. What a clusterf*ck!
