Liquid and vapor CO2

Have an opportunity to run some liquid and vaporized co2 lines for a client. Specs are to be cleaned for food grade so with my medical gas background I plan on using type k acr and brazing with 56% and a purge.
Any thoughts and are the medical gas 3 price valves rated for liquid co2?
