I thought there was a thread on here about it, but couldn’t find it.
Just bought my first still for liquor. If it pans out I might get into beer.
Nice rig, https://brewhaus.com/psii-high-capac...onshine-still/. It came with 2 full kegs and one half instead of the one shown on the site and everything but sugar to make a batch of shine.
Really interested in seeing what I can do with it and eventually get into beer.
The guy I bought it from is tired of liquor and wants to concentrate on beer instead, very knowledgeable and will help me in the learning process.
Anyone have any experience? Hints, recipes etc?
Next weekend should be my first try if I get some mash going today.
