Are you ready for silica?

My boss is taking this very seriously. Everyone has been trained and certified. Every truck will be equipped with heppa vacs and attatchments for rotory hammers (hollow bits that suck dust through a device connected to vacuum).
There's a lot more involved and its definitely going to slow down production. Anyone else gone through training?
