This Old House..I lived in

Luckily I was able to fly out of Orlando last night. Up visiting my dad in Dedham MA...his house is from 1801. I love seeing the differences in the plumbing between regions and eras..this house is obviously unlike anything I've ever worked on in FL. It's also a (pipe?) dream of mine to move here and get an apprenticeship here. So how old do you think this...not sure what it is and I'm sure a guess at a name would be hilariously wrong ..
